    Autumn is one of the most enjoyable seasons in northern Spain; ochres, orange, yellow… It shows a large number of essential corners covered by a people and a cozy atmosphere. Temperatures are milder despite what you may at first imagine with a cuisine that begins to bloom and reach its peak.
